Preparation for the workshop:
You will need to bring your own printed photographs to the workshop. Bring 10-20 photographs with you printed no smaller than 10.5 x 14.5 cm. Please print them on thick photo-quality paper, or have them printed at a photo shop, such as Ted’s Cameras, Harvey Norman PhotoCentre or other.
Bring either all horizontal or all vertical images (see books above). You can make a horizontal and a vertical book if you have time.
Do not cut your photos before the workshop. We will be trimming your photographs to postcard size (approximately 10.5 x 14.5 cm).
You can print larger and then cut postcard-size details from your photographs.
Consider bringing related photographs, or a series of images for your concertina books.
Your photographs can be colour or black and white, sepia, or tinted monochrome.
